** ITINERARY **
DAY 1 – YOUR ADVENTURE BEGINS – BANGKOK
When you land in Bangkok after your long flight we’ll be at the airport to meet you and take you to the guesthouse. You’ll have plenty of time to recover from your flight, chill out and meet everyone in your group.
DAY 2 – TEMPLES & TUK TUKS – BANGKOK
Discover Bangkok from a different perspective as we take a relaxing cruise through the heart of the city. We’ll then visit Bangkok’s most sacred and ancient temples and travel by tuk tuk through the crazy streets! At night we’ll head out and experience Bangkok’s nightlife! (B)
DAY 3 – THAI COOKING CLASS – BANGKOK
Learn the secrets to preparing delicious Thai cuisine first hand with a traditional Thai cooking class. Then you can sit back, relax and enjoy the sights of Thailand when we board the overnight train and travel down south. (L)
DAY 4 – FLOATING BUNGALOWS – KHAO SOK
We’ll wind through limestone cliffs in a long-tail boat to a pristine freshwater lake and will stay overnight in floating bungalows. You’ll also go kayaking, tubing and monkey spotting! (L, D)
DAY 5 – TROPICAL PARADISE – KOH PHANGAN
Arrive on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan, home to the world famous Full Moon parties. Check into Sarana – our own amazing beachside bungalows, relax by the pool and enjoy your first island sunset and beach party! (B)
DAY 6 – BEACH TIME & MASSAGE – KOH PAHNGAN
A day to unwind, relax and get some well-deserved beach time. Before being pampered with a traditional Thai massage.
DAY 7 – ISLAND TOUR – KOH PHANGAN
Discover the beauty of the island as we travel to some of the beautiful beaches! Chill, soak up some sun and snorkel in crystal clear water. We’ll then kick back with a beach BBQ! (L, D)
DAY 8 – MUAY THAI OR YOGA – KOH PHANGAN
Today you have the choice of learning the art of Muay Thai boxing or bringing some peace and harmony into your action packed trip with a private Yoga class. We’ll then head out for our last night on Koh Phangan.
DAY 9 – ARRIVE IN PHI PHI – PHI PHI
You’ll leave Koh Phangan early morning and arrive in Phi Phi late afternoon on this day. You’ll then check into your guesthouse and head out for dinner, drinks and a beach party!
DAY 10 – PHI PHI EXPERIENCE – PHI PHI
Take off on an amazing boat trip around the stunning Phi Phi Leh. Snorkel, kayak, see an incredible underwater light show at night and enjoy a few drinks and dinner under the stars. It’s a truly unforgettable experience! (D)
*There is a possibility we may not be able to enter right into Maya Bay at certain times of year due to government closures.
DAY 11 – PHI PHI BOAT TRIP – PHI PHI
Hike to Phi Phi’s iconic viewpoint in and then explore Phi Phi’s amazing Paradise Islands on an awesome private boat trip. Snorkel in crystal clear waters and then head out for dinner and to experience Phi Phi’s awesome nightlife. (L)
DAY 12 – CHILL OUT IN PHI PHI – PHI PHI
Today is your day to relax, work on your tan or explore more of Phi Phi.
DAY 13- FLY TO CHIANG MAI – CHIANG MAI
Today we’ll make our way by ferry and minivan to the airport for our flight to the amazing capital of the north – Chiang Mai. You’ll have time to relax once you’ve checked in. Later, we’ll explore the city and Chiang Mai’s nightlife.
DAY 14 – JUNGLE ZIPLINING
Fly high amongst the rainforest canopy and experience the most spectacular views of the mountains of Chiang Mai in this adrenaline charged afternoon of fun before checking out some of Chiang Mai’s night markets. (B, L)
- The max weight limit for ziplining is 120kgs.
DAY 15 – HILL TRIBE TREK – CHIANG MAI
Trek through and stay overnight in the amazing jungle of Chiang Mai. Wander through beautiful rice paddy fields, see stunning waterfalls and visit a local hill tribe. (B, L, D)
DAY 16 – HILL TRIBE TREK – CHIANG MAI
We continue our trek before bamboo river rafting our way back home! You’ll arrive back to your guesthouse to relax or check out more of Chiang Mai’s nightlife. (B, L)
DAY 17 – ELEPHANT EXPERIENCE – CHIANG MAI
A very special way to experience Thailand’s most sacred animal in their natural environment. You’ll learn about their history, how they were rescued and cared for and their important connection to the rural community. (B, L, D)
DAY 18 – FLY TO HANOI – HANOI
When you land in Hanoi after your long flight we’ll be at the airport to meet you and take you to the hostel. You’ll have plenty of time to recover from your flight, chill out and meet everyone in your group.
DAY 19 – DISCOVER HANOI – HANOI
Discover what makes the chaotic capital of Vietnam so special with a walking and rickshaw tour of the city. Experience the bustling streets, fascinating culture and delicious street food. We’ll then head out for dinner and experience some of Hanoi’s best nightlife! (B)
DAY 20 – HA LONG BAY OVERNIGHT BOAT – HA LONG BAY
Experience the stunning natural wonder of Ha Long Bay, cruise on beautiful emerald green waters through towering limestone mountains topped with rainforest. Go kayaking through caves and enjoy some drinks aboard our overnight boat! (B, L, D)
DAY 21 – PRIVATE ISLAND STAY – HA LONG BAY
Continue soaking up the natural beauty of Ha Long Bay throughout the day before arriving at our own private island! Chill out in a hammock, play some beach volleyball or just relax and work on your tan! (B, L, D)
DAY 22 – NINH BINH HOMESTAY – NINH BINH
Today we head south to the beautiful countryside of Ninh Binh, a landscape of endless rice paddies and epic limestone mountains. Check in to our unique and amazing local homestay and watch the sunset whilst relaxing in our private riverside bungalows for the evening. (B, L)
DAY 23 – EXPLORE NINH BINH – NINH BINH
Today we explore magical Ninh Binh. We’ll take a bike ride through the rice paddies and then a local row boat along a network of rivers and caves. We’ll then tackle the iconic Dragon Mountain Viewpoint for sunset before boarding the overnight train south to Hoi An. (B)
DAY 24 – EXPLORE HOI AN – HOI AN
In the morning we’ll arrive in Hoi An, one of the most beautiful and fascinating towns in Vietnam. You’ll have some time in the afternoon to chill out, go shopping or even get some clothes made!
DAY 25 – BASKET FISHING & COOKING CLASS – HOI AN
Be guided through coconut groves by local fishermen while you try your hand at some crab fishing! We’ll then learn the secrets of preparing delicious Vietnamese food with a traditional cooking class. (B, L)
DAY 26 – TRAVEL TO HO CHI MINH CITY – HO CHI MINH CITY
Today we catch a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City and arrive early afternoon. You’ll have the rest of the day to relax and explore the city. (B)
DAY 27 – LOCAL LIFE ON THE MEKONG DELTA – MEKONG DELTA
We’ll explore the incredibly lush green beauty of the Mekong Delta, learn first- hand how the locals live, visit local villages and experience daily life on the Mekong. We then stay overnight in the Delta. (B, L, D)
DAY 28 – CU CHI TUNNELS – HO CHI MINH CITY
Today we discover the Cu Chi Tunnels, a fascinating network of underground tunnels used as supply routes, hideouts and living quarters during the Vietnam War. We’ll arrive back to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon before heading out for our farewell dinner and party!

DAY 29 – ARRIVE IN CAMBODIA – PHNOM PENH
When you land in Phnom Penh after your flight we’ll be at the airport to meet you and take you to the hotel. You’ll have plenty of time to recover from your flight, chill out and meet your group. That night we’ll head out for dinner and drinks.
DAY 30 – TUK TUK TOUR & CAMBODIAN HISTORY – PHNOM PENH
After a tuk tuk tour through the crazy streets of Phnom Penh, we’ll make two important stops at the S21 Prison and the original Killing Fields to learn about the dark history of this fascinating country. A difficult day, but a must to properly understand the journey of the Cambodian people in recent decades. That evening we’ll head for dinner and drinks, followed by some of Phnom Penh’s best nightlife. (B, L)
DAY 31 – KAMPOT & KAYAKING – KAMPOT
Today we get off the beaten path and head to the peaceful countryside province of Kampot. The next two nights are spent by the beautiful riverside with plenty of time for swimming and relaxing. That afternoon we’ll kayak down the river and soak up the laid back daily life of the locals. (B, D)
DAY 32 – PEPPER PLANTATION & COOKING CLASS – KAMPOT
Kampot is known to have some of the best pepper in the world! So this morning we’ll explore the local markets to source ingredients
for our traditional Khmer cooking class. Later that day we’ll learn first hand how to make some of Cambodia’s most authentic and delicious meals! We’ll then get to explore the pepper plantation before heading out on a stunning river cruise. (B, L)
DAY 33 – ARRIVE IN KOH RONG – KOH RONG
It’s now time to experience the most beautiful beaches in Cambodia! We’ll take a minibus and a fast ferry to the stunning tropical island of Koh Rong and check into our traditional Khmer style beach bungalows. The afternoon can be spent lazing on the beach or exploring the island before we head out for dinner and drinks! (B)
DAY 34 – SNORKELLING ADVENTURE – KOH RONG
It’s all aboard a private longtail boat this morning as we head out to uncover some of the island’s best snorkel spots. Expect to find yourself chilling out on secluded beaches, or exploring the colourful underwater world as you swim with tropical fish. This evening’s sunset back at our beach bungalows will be the perfect end to another ridiculously awesome day together.
DAY 35 – BEACH MASSAGE & OVERNIGHT BUS – KOH RONG
Enjoy the morning relaxing with a traditional Khmer massage, take in the serene beauty of Koh Rong one last time before we catch the fast ferry back to the mainland. We’ll have dinner in Sihanoukville and prepare for our overnight bus journey where you’ll have a bed on the bus.
DAY 36 – WALKING TOUR & FLOATING VILLAGES – SIEM REAP
Arrive in Siem Reap early in the morning. From there we’ll venture out to the rural areas and discover some traditional floating villages surrounded by lush rice fields, lotus flowers and flooded forests. (B)
DAY 37 – ANGKOR WAT – SIEM REAP
We’ll wake for sunrise and travel by tuk tuk to the absolutely mind-blowing and world famous Angkor Wat; the largest temple in the world! A local guide will join us to explain the fascinating history and surrounding temples, including Ta Prohm where Tomb Raider was filmed. Tonight we’ll head out for our farewell dinner and final night out! (B, D)
DAY 38 – CHECK OUT – SIEM REAP
Your amazing 38 day adventure finishes today! We’ll help you plan and organise your onward travel. (B)
