Your mission if you choose to accept it…
To navigate your way around Lake Wanaka’s coastline returning to Roys Bay. You have a minimum two person team and a time limit of 3-4 hours. You will receive transport from Paddle Wanaka’s head-quarters to your start point. You will be given all the necessary equipment and safety briefings to complete your journey. Good luck!
“The Mission” operates year round. All trips are weather dependent. Assignment routes may vary depending on weather and experience.
Kayak or paddle board :Self Guided trip 8-10 kms (2-3 hours on water time).
Start: 9am and 11am (10am winter)
Finish:3 hours after start time
Fitness:Intermediate
Walk:10-15 minute peninsular/island walk
Food:Take your own picnic
** Children must be old enough to sit safely in a van without a car seat
