Travel past former WWII airstrips en route to Adelaide River. Stop briefly at the War Cemetery, and continue to Edith Falls for a swim in the waterhole beneath (conditions permitting). After lunch join a two hour scenic cruise through Katherine Gorge. Explore the Nitmiluk Visitor Centre before returning to Darwin.
